Services are provided as described on the website. Scope, timelines, and deliverables for custom engagements are set out in a separate Service Agreement.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon checkout for fixed-price packages; custom engagements follow the payment schedule in the Service Agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by Quiy Tech Solutions Limited and protected by applicable laws.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QConsult's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that service.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kampala.
