Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your engagement with QConsult.

1. Fixed-price packages

You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided work has not yet commenced. Once work begins, refunds are pro-rated against delivered effort.

2. Custom engagements

Refund terms for custom engagements are set out in the Service Agreement.
