Service Agreement

This Service Agreement governs the provision of QConsult professional services purchased through the website.

1. Scope

The scope of each engagement is defined by the purchased package description or a signed Statement of Work.

2. Delivery

QConsult will deliver services with reasonable skill and care, using suitably qualified personnel, in line with the agreed cadence and milestones.

3. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely access to relevant stakeholders, information, and decisions necessary for delivery.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties will hold each other's confidential information in strict confidence and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

5. Term & termination

Engagements may be terminated by either party on 14 days' written notice. Fees for work performed up to termination are due.
